  • HAWKS HOBBY don't guarantee that the parcels will pass customs, please check your local customs policy before order. If your parcel is seized, fined, taxed or even destroyed by your local customs after it has been sent, HAWKS HOBBY will not provide any advice or assistance, orders will not be refunded.   • HAWKS HOBBY promise all official merchandise is sourced from official channels.
  • Re-creat and original merchandise is in cooperation with artists or creators, which are all licensed.
  • The merchandise in the store is usually well stocked. However, we don't rule out the order will be out of stock, we will email and refund you.

AFTER SALES

  • All the official merchandise is not supported after-sales, HAWKS HOBBY will ensure that all the official merchandise is in good condition before packing.
  • Re-creat and original merchandise is supported after-sales in the following cases, please message us by e-mail, we'll handle it soon.
    • Seriously damaged merchandise
    • Missing parcel contents
  • If you receive the parcel and find that the contents have the above mentioned problems, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the date of receipt, please mark your order number in the email, describe your problem and attach photos.

Shipping Policy

  • The weight limit of a single order parcel is 0~2kg.
  • If you want to buy more than 2kg, please split your order into multiple orders.
